Adding Authorized Contacts To Your Account
To add authorized contacts to your account, please visit: https://www.synfone.net/support/authorized-contacts/
Authorized contacts are able to:
- Request phone system data (e.g., call/text records, recordings, user details)
- Make or request changes (e.g., call routing, password resets, feature activations)
- Approve requests from non-authorized contacts
Anyone can report service-impacting issues, and Synfone Support will assist. However, if an unauthorized person requests changes or account details, we will attempt to contact an authorized contact for approval.
Authorized contacts will verify their identity in one of two ways:
Email Verification – If a request comes from an authorized contact’s registered email, it is automatically approved. Otherwise, an email verification link will be sent.
Support Authorization PIN – You can set a PIN for phone verification, useful when email access is unavailable.
