Calls to a specific number do not go through

1.      International Calls
By default international calling is blocked on each Synfone account. If you need international calling service enabled, please submit a ticket to Synfone Support detailing the countries you'll need access to call, approximately how often you'll be making international calls, and approximately how many minutes you'll use on those calls. Synfone Support will respond with a quote for adding the international service capability to your account. In most cases, international service can be added quickly if warranted. 
2.      Domestic US Calls
Please verify the number that you are trying to call is a valid number.
If the about steps have not resolved the issue, please submit a ticket to Synfone Support for further assistance.
