Getting Logged into Your 3CX for Synfone Account

By logging into your 3CX for Synfone account, you'll have access to setting up your apps, using the computer based soft-phone, and more.

To get started, first check your email for an email from Synfone Notifications with the subject line "Your Synfone account details". That email will contain a link and the instructions that you need to get logged in. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, be sure to check your SPAM and/or junk folder as well.

If you are not able to locate the email, no worries, it can be resent one of two ways:
  1. If you know the log in address for your system, you can visit the log in page and click the "Forgot password" link.
    1. NOTE: Your log in address will look something like https://synfone-example.st.3cx.us but will be customized based on your organization's account. You may be able to get the log in link from a manager or co-worker.
  2. If you do not know your log in address, please email support@synfone.net for assistance. Be sure to include your name and the name of your business for fastest service. A Synfone Support representative will assist in sending a log in link to your email address on file.
