Getting your Mobile App QR Code
In order to activate the 3CX app for your Synfone service, you will need to scan a unique QR code.
Important notes about the QR code:
- Each QR code is unique to a specific user, please do not share your QR code.
- Your QR code is only to be scanned through the 3CX app to activate it. Do not scan it with your camera app.
- As a security measure the QR code can only be scanned one time and is then voided. If you need to scan the QR code again, you'll have to access it via your Web Client and refresh it.
- As a security measure the QR code will expire 24 hours after being generated. If your QR code has expired, you'll have to access your Web Client and refresh the QR code.
To access your QR code, you'll need to log into your Web Client. Your log in page address will look like https://synfone-example.st.3cx.us but will be customized for your organization's account. You may be able to get the log in link from a manager or co-worker.

support@synfone.net for assistance. Be sure to include your name and the name of your business for fastest service. A Synfone Support representative will assist in sending a log in link to your email address on file.
Once you have logged in, you can access the QR code by click the QR code icon in the top right corner.
