Making a change to call routing or greetings

To change your call routing, please submit a ticket to Synfone Support and include the following
  1. A brief description of the routing change
    1. For example: Please change option 1 of the Digital Receptionist to send calls to 201.
  2. If you'd like a update a message played to callers, please call 800-783-5809 
    and follow the prompts to record the message after you have submitted the ticket to Synfone Support.
