Making a temporary change to call routing or greetings

To temporarily change your call routing, please submit a ticket to Synfone Support and include the following
  1. A start and end time and date for the temporary routing
  2. A brief description of the temporary routing change
    1. For example: Please redirect all calls made to office A to office B.
  3. If you'd like a special message played to callers, please call 800-783-5809 and follow the prompts to record the message after you have submitted the ticket to Synfone Support.
