Pairing & Reconnecting Bluetooth Headset(s) With Yealink Phones

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Yealink phone:

1. Go to Menu > Basic > Bluetooth
2. If Bluetooth is "Off", use the left or right arrows (or choose the "Switch" option) to change Bluetooth to "On"
3. Choose "Save"

To re-connect a previously-paired headset, please follow these steps:

1. Turn on the Bluetooth headset
2. On your desk phone, go to Menu > Basic > Bluetooth -> Paired Bluetooth Device. You should see your headset listed there
3. Select it and choose "Connect"
4. If you do not see your headset listed you will need to re-pair it

To pair a new the headset with the phone

1. Switch the headset off
2. Keep the multi-function button pressed and gently pull the on/off power slide away from the headset. The LED alternately flashes blue and red. The headset is in pairing mode.
3. On your desk phone, go to Menu > Basic > Bluetooth
4. Choose the "Scan" option
5. When you see your headset in the list, choose it and select "Connect"
6. When prompted for a PIN/password enter "0000" (4 zeroes without quotes) then choose "Ok"
