Users not found in dial by name directory

Users not found in dial by name directory

If a user is not accessible via the dial by name directory, it is because:
  1. The self identification prompt has not been recorded for that extension.
    1. To record a self identification message, access the voicemail system for that extension, choose option 9 for mailbox options and then 5 for the self identification message and follow the instructions.
  2. The user has been excluded from the company directory
    1. If the self identification message has been recorded but the user is still not accessible via the dial by name directory, please submit a ticket to Synfone Support to verify the user has not been excluded from the directory.
